Why is pricing shown as a range?+
Each project is a little different. The final price depends on the integrations, number of workflows, and how custom your AI agent needs to be. We confirm an exact quote after the discovery call — with no surprises later.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?+
No. We typically split projects 50% to start and 50% on launch. For larger packages we can break it into milestone payments.
Is monthly maintenance required?+
It's optional but recommended. Maintenance keeps your AI updated, monitored, and improving. You can start without it and add it later.
What's included in the price?+
Discovery, design, build, integrations, testing, launch, and team training. Third-party costs (like SMS, voice minutes, or premium AI usage) are billed separately at cost.
How long does it take to launch?+
Most projects launch in 1 to 6 weeks depending on the package. We give you a clear timeline before you commit.
Do you offer refunds?+
If we can't deliver what we agreed on in the discovery, we'll refund the unused portion of your deposit. We'd rather have happy clients than locked-in ones.

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?+
During the first week (training period), nothing goes out without your approval. After launch, you can set guardrails — for example, the AI can draft emails but you must approve before sending. You're always in control.
